Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers and storage areas efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving any shipping discrepancies or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday full-time shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
