Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
