Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure optimal shelving.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization tasks within the warehouse aisles.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
