Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
