Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital sign measurements and record accurate patient data
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records
- Provide patient education on health maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with weekend nursing team for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification or CMA/RMA credentials
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (7am-7pm)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
