Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational challenges and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
