Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery or storage in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
