Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly
- Coordinate with overnight logistics teams for inventory management
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Document shift activities in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or security experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
