Responsibilities
- Monitor facility operations and ensure safety protocols during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to client requests and emergency situations
- Complete accurate documentation and incident reports
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless handovers
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and security
Qualifications
- Must be available for all Saturday and Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous overnight or shift work experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
