Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform nightly facility inspections and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with security teams for after-hours safety protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare operational reports for shift handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for weekends and night shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
