About the Role
As a Weekend Night Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for handling merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our facility operates safely and efficiently during peak evening hours.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently and accurately during night hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local driving tasks.
