As a vital part of our supply chain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently to our valued customers. We prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork in every shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory according to established safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update inventory levels in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, uniform, and equipment safety.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
