Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage packages efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Scan and verify items using handheld scanners for inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in light maintenance and reporting of equipment issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
