Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during peak weekend hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all venue areas
- Monitor crowd dynamics and report security concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all local and state alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Must pass background check and drug screening
