Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Respond to patient emergencies and coordinate with on-call medical staff
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
