Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during night and weekend rotations
- Assist with daily activities including mobility support and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing skills training and safety drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Availability for weekend nights (Sat-Sun 11PM-7AM) or weekend days
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous health care experience or customer service background
