Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend clinical staff and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures during weekend shiftsHandle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Perform weekend inventory management and supply chain oversight
- Generate weekend shift reports for leadership review
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation standards
- Execute emergency response protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Active BLS/CPR certification required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to cover variable weekend shifts
- Valid Washington DC healthcare license
- Spanish bilingualism highly preferred
