Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, personal care, and daily activities
- Administer medications as per physician orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and care logs
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clean patient areas
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) 11 PM - 7 AM
