Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with medical teams during emergency situations
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekend and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Spanish fluency a plus for diverse patient populations
