Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with night shift nursing staff for seamless care transitions
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare assistant or CNA certification
- Valid Oregon CNA license or equivalent
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
