Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive care during weekend night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Collaborate with overnight medical staff to ensure seamless care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend team briefings and handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or CNA certification
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekends and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Background check and drug screening required
