Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend/night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, mobility)
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for continuity of care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Ensure clean, safe patient environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekends and nights (Fri-Sun, 7pm-7am)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
