Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to patient needs promptly with compassion and professionalism
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- State nursing assistant certification (CNA) or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (6AM-6PM shifts available)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
