Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed during the shift.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., Friday through Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
