Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Manage and oversee all logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities during the assigned weekend shift to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory levels using our state-of-the-art ERP systems.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment for all team members.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, conduct shift briefings, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity and correct packaging standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
