Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the warehouse on weekends to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10–15 warehouse associates, fostering a positive and safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all shifts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays as required.
- Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
