Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Complete all required documentation and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 11pm-7am)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and excellent communication abilities
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
