Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care to patients during overnight hours
- Monitor vital signs and document medical observations accurately
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being during night hours
Qualifications
- CNA, EMT, or medical assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities during high-pressure situations
- Availability for every weekend shift (no weekday commitments)
- Pass background check and drug screening
