Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises on foot and via vehicle to detect security breaches and enforce safety protocols
- Operate advanced surveillance systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control technologies
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing first aid and coordinating with law enforcement when needed
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and irregularities in detailed digital reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors during night operations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance of security infrastructure
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and current firearms certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security experience with night shift/weekend availability
- Proficient in security software and surveillance technology systems
- Strong observational skills with ability to identify suspicious behavior
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather conditions
