Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via surveillance systems and foot patrols to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for all personnel
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work in various weather conditions
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Proficient in writing detailed incident reports
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- PA driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
