Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and document health records accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Assist with patient admission/discharge procedures
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Nursing Assistant (NA) or CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in night shift healthcare settings
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
