Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support quality control initiatives during peak weekend hours
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles may be used)
- Availability for Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
