- Oversee 8-10 person night shift team during weekend operations
- Ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts consistently
