Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team during Saturday/Sunday operations
- Execute inventory management protocols with 99.9% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety standards and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with 24/7 operations center
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and KPI tracking
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual operations
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sat/Sun)
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant)
