Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate security team operations during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance of assigned premises using advanced monitoring systems
- Respond to emergency incidents with decisive leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Prepare detailed shift reports and incident documentation using digital platforms
- Train and mentor new security personnel on safety protocols and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (if applicable)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
