Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person overnight team during peak weekend hours
- Oversee inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless transitions
- Complete detailed shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new associates on service standards and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Virginia Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
