Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 team members during weekend night shifts, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency
- Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments, and break rotations for seamless 24/7 coverage
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards
- Conduct shift handovers, documenting critical incidents and operational notes
- Monitor resource allocation, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Resolve patient/family concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for overnight service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare/supervisory experience required
- Valid Texas Nurse Aide (CNA) or EMT certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy laws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly valued
