Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shift leadership or logistics supervision
- Proven ability to manage teams during non-standard hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and nights
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
