Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily performance targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain precise stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for all team members at all times.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently to support the supply chain flow.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve daily operational challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
