Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff during Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through real-time problem resolution
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures with precision
- Manage inventory and operational budgets for weekend operations
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on company standards
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless transition of responsibilities
- Generate comprehensive shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday nights)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible scheduling availability during major holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
