Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and zone organization
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper equipment handling and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Generate daily performance reports and inventory reconciliation logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 12-hour shifts
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- OSHA Forklift certification (training provided if unlicensed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
