Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated zones
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist with inventory audits and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
