Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations while working.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
