Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise by hand or using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Prepare and pack orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during night shifts.
- Handle damaged or defective products according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
