Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Sort, check, and inspect items for damages or discrepancies; maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners efficiently and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Space Optimization: Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on all outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Clearance: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
