Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks to maintain timely delivery schedules.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization using our proprietary WMS.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the warehouse floor.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and controlled manner.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to resolve operational discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and quality control checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license is required.
