Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash handling and basic accounting duties with 100% accuracy.
- Support team members during peak weekend traffic to ensure efficient service.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (some holidays required).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems and computer software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
