Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients.
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the facility/store environment.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure product availability and organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash register operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor store appearance and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
