Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and floor organization during weekend shifts.
- Oversee a team of 3-5 retail associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff on weekend protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- Must be 18 years or older.
