Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and processing of shipments with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and team members during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus.
